Rational VCC Demo

We took the opportunity this week to see the new Rational Vario Cooking Centre (VCC) in action at Exeter Football Club.

Richard Brooks the new Rational VCC rep for the South West delivered a brilliant demonstration to an audience full of intrigued local chefs, landlords and NHS managers. Richard cooked a number of dishes from perfectly sous vide duck breast, to tendor but crisp belly pork, from crunchy calamari to an evenly cooked omelette, all perfectly prepared in the new Rational VCC. It’s fair to say the audience were impressed.

It was great to see Richard talk so passionately about the Vario Cooking Centre and give the audience a real insight in to the variety that this appliance can offer in such small surface area.
