So, in Nigel’s case, a hotelier, who runs the busy Pendragon Country House, near Camelford is not only a host, but a receptionist, a cleaner, a barman and most importantly a keen chef who can now monitor his joint of beef via the ConnectedCooking app while serving G&T’s in the bar.
